Trio from Wilkins RV in Bath, NY Join Elite Group of Certified RV Parts Specialists

Fairfax, VA – The Recreation Vehicle (RV) Parts Specialist Certification Governing Board is please to announce that Glen Morton, Mark Piscitelli and Rich Scott of Wilkins RV of Bath, NY have successfully qualified as Certified RV Parts Specialists.

Wilkins RV, which recently moved into its new interstate location in Bath, NY in January, 2006, has participated aggressively in the RV industry certification programs since their inception and currently has nine certified RV service technicians, one certified RV service writer, one certified RV parts manager and now three certified parts specialists.

Fairfax, VA- The Recreational Vehicles Dealers Association (RVDA) Education Foundation is pleased to announce that Bruce Osborn of Wilkins RV of Bath, NY has successfully qualified as a certified RV Warranty Administrator.

Industry certification lets consumers know that the personnel that are overseeing the work being done to their RV have developed well rounded skills in their field. To achieve certification, Warranty Administrators must pass a comprehensive written test covering all aspects of Warranty Administration.

Mr. Osborn joins an elite group of RV Warranty Administrators across the country who have successfully met the high standards of the RV industry’s certification program.

Wilkins RV, located just off Interstate 86 in Bath, NY, has participated aggressively in all of the RV industries certification programs and currently employs nine certified RV Technicians, two certified Service Advisor and one certified Parts Manager.

Farifax, VA- The Recreation Vehicle (RV) Service Technician Certification Governing Board is pleased to announce that Doug Fell, Jason Bresee and Steve Luppino of WILKINS RV of Bath, NY has successfully qualified as a Certified RV Technician.

Industry certification lets consumers know that the service technician working on their RV has developed well-rounded RV repair, diagnostic and component part replacement skills. To achieve certification, technicians must successfully complete an intensive “hands-on” practical examination as well as a comprehensive written test.

“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate Doug Fell, Jason Bresee and Steve Luppino and WILKINS RV of Bath, NY for their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” said Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association President Mike Molino. The RV service technician certification program is administered by Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) and Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) under the auspices of the RV Service Technician Certification Governing Board.

Certification standards were developed by RV industry technical experts under the supervision of educational testing professionals from the Michigan-based National Occupational Competence Testing Institute (NOCTI).

Wilkins RV, which was founded in Hornell, NY in 1936, and more recently moved into its new interstate location in Bath, NY in January, 2006, has participated aggressively in the RV Service Technician Certification program since its inception and currently has nine of its eleven RV service technicians certified.
