Steve Luppino, Jason Bresee and Doug Fell of WILKINS RV of Bath, NY Joins Elite Group Of Certified RV Technicians
Farifax, VA- The Recreation Vehicle (RV) Service Technician Certification Governing Board is pleased to announce that Doug Fell, Jason Bresee and Steve Luppino of WILKINS RV of Bath, NY has successfully qualified as a Certified RV Technician.
Industry certification lets consumers know that the service technician working on their RV has developed well-rounded RV repair, diagnostic and component part replacement skills. To achieve certification, technicians must successfully complete an intensive “hands-on” practical examination as well as a comprehensive written test.

The RV service technician certification program is administered by Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) and Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) under the auspices of the RV Service Technician Certification Governing Board.
Certification standards were developed by RV industry technical experts under the supervision of educational testing professionals from the Michigan-based National Occupational Competence Testing Institute (NOCTI).
Wilkins RV, which was founded in Hornell, NY in 1936, and more recently moved into its new interstate location in Bath, NY in January, 2006, has participated aggressively in the RV Service Technician Certification program since its inception and currently has nine of its eleven RV service technicians certified.
